Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 30 days before departure: 100% refund. Fines or service fees charged by third parties (e.g. hotels, airlines, railway companies, PayPal, etc.) are not included. If applicable, we will set out the specific fees charged by the third party.

15 to 30 days before departure: 70% refund. Fines or service fees charged by third parties (e.g. hotels, airlines, railway companies, PayPal, etc.) are not included. If applicable, we will set out the specific fees charged by the third party.
7 to 15 days before departure: 50% refund. Fines or service fees charged by third parties (e.g. hotels, airlines, railway companies, PayPal, etc.) are not included. If applicable, we will set out the fees charged by the third party.

* Please note that the cancellation terms and conditions for some tours may differ from those described here. Please check your prepaid invoice containing the specific terms and conditions of the trip at the time of booking. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

* Departure date refers to the start date of the program as stated in the itinerary description. The cancellation date will be deemed to be the date we receive your written notice of cancellation, Beijing time.
* If we (JingTrips) are unable to perform the contract before the start of the trip due to force majeure events (such as war, extreme weather, natural disasters, fires, government actions, etc.), we will notify you (the passenger) as soon as possible and provide a feasible solution. Refunds will be made based on the services we actually provide, minus non-refundable fees and penalties paid to third parties.
* If we (JingTrips) cancel or postpone the project before the start of the project for reasons entirely at its sole discretion, such as but not limited to insufficient group size, all fees paid by you (the traveler) will be refunded, minus non-refundable fees and penalties paid to third parties.
