As the saying goes, no matter how much you say or do, it is not as good as the most real experience of customers. Let's take a look at what our Jingtrips customers have to say about our team service and travel experience.
We had a very good tour guide AJ who went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of throughout the trip.
A customised unforgettable 14-day journey through Northern Xinjiang — from Urumqi to Wucaiwan, Fuyun, Hemu, Kanas, Burqin, Kuitun, Yining, Tekes, Naraty, Bayinbuluk, and Korla and back to Urumqi.
AJ shared with us the background and history of each place we visited.
He also supported us by taking great pictures and provided snacks for the long drive.
He also goes above and beyond as when I left my rosary in the room, he arranged for it to be forwarded via courier to the next hotel we were staying.

We just came back from a 13D Northern Xinjiang tour with Silk Road Travel. There were 5 adults and 2 kids in our group. Chandler was the friendly staff who was liaising with us. He was very prompt and helpful and catered to our travel needs.
We loved our Chinese speaking guide, Xiaoping. She is very knowledgeable. She shared with us in details about the history, culture and food of Xinjiang.
Xiaoping always provided information on the available facilities at the hotels before each stay and this was useful. The plans for each day was also clearly communicated to us. She was also generous and would buy us local fruits and snacks like grapes, peaches, dates, and even mooncakes (we were there during Mid Autumn Festival). She even let us use her Meituan app to order food as we had issues with the app on our phone.
And as we had 2 little ones travelling with us, our guide would proactively entertained the kiddos when we were preoccupied. Her genuine nature and sense of humour was greatly appreciated. 🙏🏽
Our driver, Shidike, was also very friendly, humorous and helpful. He was always on standby to help us with our luggage. He also offered recommendations to where we could enjoy authentic and delicious local cuisine. We had a wonderful time in Xinjiang with the help of everyone mentioned above.
The hotels we stayed at were generally good and comfortable. We noticed that there were some changes in the hotels where we were going to stay, but it's not a major issue, as we know the agency was trying to get us better hotels. But perhaps it would be good to keep us updated us in advance about the changes. :)
Overall we had a wonderful time in Northern Xinjiang!

This is the first leg of our long planned Southern Xinjiang escapade. We were to do a day trip to Turpan first and then travel to the Heavenly Lake on our second day. Due to bad weather forecast, Silk Road Travel was able to promptly change our itinerary to avoid the snow storm in Urumqi, enable us to visit the Heavenly Lake before it was closed to visitors due to the storm and avoided the canceled flights with alternative flight from Turpan to our destination.
Victor, our guide, was very knowledgeable, professional and very helpful, even acting up as luggage porter to assist us to make our connections. Strong recommendations!

We had an amazing time joined Silkroad Tour and Travel Company. The itinerary was well planned. Our guide Abdul was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Our driver Mr Lang is very punctual, professional and made our trip so smooth. His driving skills were excellent and we felt safe the whole time.

Good morning to everyone! We are in our way back to Bangkok and would like to thanks for all your services and kindness during our journey! We are carrying with us a memorable holiday and it was also possible thanks for your professionalism. Congratulations!

Thank you Lesley. Your tour agency and itinerary is just right for us. Your tour guides understood our unique requirements and you all worked as a team to give us the best possible experience.
We all enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.
Thank you for your care when we were all sick. You are great for us

On February 27, 1894, the Swedish explorer Sven Hedin and his party of 4 set out from Osh, crossed the Pamir Plateau south, crossed the Uzberi Pass, and after a difficult journey, arrived at Muztag on April 7. Several attempts to climb the 7,546 metres (24,757 ft) high Muztagata—called the Father of the Glaciers—in the Pamir Mountains were unsuccessful.

Dear everyone, we are now at Urumqi Airport waiting to board the flight to Beijing and back to Brunei tomorrow.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Lesley, Chandler and Penny, for all the prompt responses in addressing all of our queries and concerns from the time of correspondence, and making suggestions in drawing up the itinerary, as well as looking after us throughout the whole journey.
Secondly we also like to thank all the tour guides @Wahab @Grace @Omar, for making our visits so smooth, informative, enjoyable and memorable, that we will always remember for years to come.
Our special thanks to our driver, Xiao Tong, for his dedication and commitment in ensuring we travelled safely and comfortably. He has been taking care of us very well especially during the time when we travel without a tour guide.
We have a lot of memories to bring home, and our experience could not be any better.
Thanks again everyone. Wishing you all the very best in everything you do.
